We don’t provide full pet‑sitting or long‑stay care

PetSOS visits are brief, supportive check-ins designed to break up long periods of waiting. We don’t stay for extended periods or provide full‑day or overnight pet‑sitting.
 

We don’t walk dogs off‑property

For safety and liability reasons, PetSOS visits stay within your building or immediate property. We do potty breaks, comfort visits, and playtime — but no off‑property walks.
 

We don’t administer injections or medical procedures

We can give oral medications if your dog is comfortable taking them, but we don’t administer injections, fluids, or anything requiring medical training.
 

We don’t handle aggressive dogs or dogs with a bite history

Your dog’s safety — and ours — matters deeply. If your dog shows aggression toward strangers or has a bite history, PetSOS may not be the right fit. We’ll talk with you to determine what’s safe.
 

We don’t clean large messes or provide housekeeping

We tidy small pet‑related messes during visits, but we don’t offer deep cleaning, home organization, or housekeeping services.
 

We don’t enter homes without clear permission and access instructions

Your home is your private space. We only enter with your authorization and follow your access instructions exactly as given.
 

We don’t replace emergency veterinary care.

If your dog is sick, injured, or showing signs of distress, PetSOS cannot act as a medical provider. We will contact you immediately and follow your emergency instructions.
 

We don’t transport pets.

We don’t drive pets to appointments, boarding facilities, or caretakers. If you’re hospitalized or admitted unexpectedly, we prepare your dog for handoff — but we don’t transport them ourselves.
 

We don’t guarantee availability outside your subscription tier

Same‑day or next‑day visits depend on your tier. We always strive to provide the best support possible, but availability is dependent on your subscription level.
 

We don’t offer training or behavior modification.

We provide comfort, routine, and reassurance — but we don’t offer professional dog training or behavior services.
 

We don’t judge your schedule, your life, or your dog or cat
