Can I request extra visits?
 

Yes. You can always request additional visits at the standard rate. Your monthly plan simply guarantees you have help when you need it most.
 

Do you take my pet outside?

Yes — for potty breaks, short walks, or fresh air. We always follow your building rules and your pet’s comfort level.
 

Do you enter my home?

Yes, but only with your permission and only for the purpose of caring for your pet. We treat your home with respect and leave everything exactly as we found it.
 

What if I’m hospitalized unexpectedly?

PetSOS provides Hospitalization Support. We make sure your pet is fed, comforted, checked on, and emotionally supported until you’re stable enough to make a plan.
 

 What if my pet is shy or anxious?

That’s exactly who PetSOS is built for. We specialize in gentle, slow, reassuring visits that help anxious pets feel safe.
 

 Do you handle aggressive pets?

We handle nervous pets, shy pets, and stressed pets — but not actively aggressive animals. If your pet has a bite history, we’ll talk through options to keep everyone safe.
 

Can I cancel my plan?

Yes. You can cancel anytime. Your plan will remain active until the end of your billing cycle.
